the problem is:

you have too much gold delay, so the ninja doesn't hit the jumpad, instead it hits the ground and dies. Then the jump pad spings it up (gold delay does not affect a corpse). So remove a few gold pieces from that 'wierd' jumppad.

It made me blink a few times when it first happened, though.
