Wow. Quite frankly, it’s a sin that this hasn’t been featured yet. See, it’s right there on the ten numandments. “7) Thou shalt not let a good map go to waste.”

Seriously though, this is a map of almost religious epicness. All of the elements you don’t play through directly just add to your personal experience. The difficulty ranges from Israelite to Moses, but trickles in subtly as you progress. And all the while, you get to ride a meteor going upwards. How is that not cool?

Maybe it's just me,

but this feels and plays kind of bland. There aren't really any interesting moves, and many objects seem unnecessary to the aesthetics. When I died, I felt annoyed rather than challenged.

The tiles are all right, and it's still a decent map.

Honestly, reviews are generally terribly written. I can't agree more with lord_day that they're not only contrived, but also don't make any sense. They use weird, inane descriptions and all sorts of incorrect syntax. What's wrong with just writing about the map? Why does every map have to be described as a "meteor" ride (whatever that is)? What does it mean when a review says a chaingun "stalks a corridor"? There's no reason for it.

As for the map, this is excellent. Well done, Pheidi.

I don't usually comment on how a review is written.

But that is one was horrible. The first paragraph was a little odd, the second made no sense and it all ended in the contrived way that many features do...

As for the map... It looked pretty cool, but the gameplay was less than inspiring. The gauss area was probably the most fun bit.
