Your tiles are getting better.

I think you need to work on overall aesthetics, because the tileset and the enemies don't look well together. I liked the flow of the level, but I didn't like the mine placement or the rocket placement much. I think the starting place was horrendous and so was the oneways near the starting place. It was really annoying having to get the switch and then go all the way back around to get back. On a better note, the level was still pretty nice and flowy.
