uh

take the "Map Data" and copy it into the top box in the game's editor. Click outside the box and press "L". Then, press "P" to play the level. If you can't move, it's because you have frame-by-frame on. Press Caps Lock.

Nreality lets you select a level to download from numa to highscore for it, without you having to copy anything.
