Bad ratings are associated with bad maps. They go hand in hand. It does make sense that maps with bad ratings are therefor, bad maps? If I look at a map I made a few months back, it's just spam and a waste of my name. Some maps had a 0 rating with 15 or more people. Why WOULD you keep that? I agree that it is a silly thing to do, but im a silly person =)
