People don't often like being forced to go somewhere with a launchpad. One for ease of getting somewhere is ok but try and use tiles and objects making the player have to jump and find other ways to travel. It's a good first map, and the thwump bit was pretty clever, just bear it in mind.
Also, try and make some more stylish tiles, if you want some practice just use some tilesets and practice placing objects. I don't really like to rate maps of new users, it can be offputting having a low rating compared to the other rated maps on numa, but a lot of the other maps on numa have low ratings too, about the first 50 of mine do, lol.

Not bad for a first map.

I'm glad you have gotten into making maps. I'm relatively new myself. What helped me out was looking at the top rated maps and seeing what makes a map good. Make sure not to spam objects like you did with the mines. Also, no need to sign your name on the map. We can all see you are the author. Other than that, try to vary your tiles and objects.
