Not exactly, since there isn't alot of flow in many areas, but it's pretty close.

Good map for your 5th, though. 3.5/5

It's not very flowy, but it has some moments. I'd really consider it a flowy action though.

Some constructive criticism: Don't have too so many enemies. They make the level lag sometimes, and really are pointless. Try replacing the groups of 3 rockets with just 1. Also. Try to make the level look nicer. It's not very pretty right now
