| Description | Chapter 1: Clad in Black
Episode 1: The Golden Sea As N shot through the tunnel at impossible speeds, he pondered, "Why exactly am I here again? Is this a dream, or another gold quest? Or maybe... it's something more." He paused. "Nah, why would it be? It never has been before, after all. Maybe I need something epic to break up the monotony." Just then, the flume turned vertical and he flew (or fell, rather) out of the tunnel like a racehorse out of the gate but much clumsier and faster. N fell hard on his head - but not enough to kill him. He looked up, and was in awe. He was at the bottom of an ocean made of gold. "Am I in heaven? Did I die just now?" He glanced around. "Hmm... I don't remember hearing that heaven had a tower made of crystal. Oh well. Might as well start there," he said, as he swam (jumped?) into a sweet golden wave. |
