I'd say there's still trial and error involved, since there is no indication that the bottom mines echo the top ones. I just looked at the mines before all the ninjas loaded to get past it, but if your computer loads the map fast enough that might not be an option for everyone.
It's still pretty interesting, but kinda unplayable because of the lag.

i wouldnt suggest using this because anyone could hack up their own version of the map by deleting all the ninjas and it wouldn't affect their demo-making

Cool innovation.
The main trouble, aside from the lag, being the trial and error of it. Still, it's very satisfying when you make it through the bars.
