Map Data

Description I would call this a rather generic one, but the tileset is irregular. It's not even remotely symmetrical. :)

Still though, just mines, gausses, and rockets (oh my!). They're the only things that consistently work for these, though chainguns work okay sometimes, and one-ways + bounceblocks make for nice obstacles. But still. They didn't really work in this map.

I agree with Riobe,

if that top gauss wasn't there there'd be loads of quick demos.
Objects fit in nicely with the tiles, and it's quite fun so 3.5 but i'll round up.

80 frames. This one is really flowy.

I'm sure it does

Last I knew KRA's were almost always also DDAs as well. KRAs otherwise are usually really hard :(

But yeah, I was busy typing up that post >_>

I think that's a first.

Oh yeah

And does that happen for kra's too?

Heh...

I posted twice before u.

Finally tied.

Originally, this was 85 frames, and my FBF one was 81. But I was like, PSSH I CAN MATCH THAT so I spent a while and did :D

This one isn't too hard, you just have to keep moving.

And funny thing is, I've run into a problem that usually only DDAs do, but these maps are so small it makes a difference: Load order. Sometimes I'll try and add an enemy then run my previously recorded demo, but then a missile or guass shot that previously missed winds up hitting because the load order is off. I have to bump it to the front, and even that doesn't work sometimes :(

Like, I thought of putting a chaingun in the corner of this map, but I can't tell whether that would work or not, because no matter what I did, it would wind up making an old enemy hit me reliably. SIGH.

I feel the gauss

at the top limits how fast you can go. 3.5/5 rounded up.
