some tips,

you need less than half the jump pads in the thump part, and you don't need them at all at the start (with the rocket), and the end is just plain annoying (random spikes like that are good if it is a short a distance, and maybe somekind of ememy would make it a little better).

NR/5, if it gets improved, I might rate it
