Not horrible
It looks horrible - the floorguards are spammed, you've got an obvious case of TMD (Too Many Doors) syndrome, and things in general just look messy and purposeless. Nonetheless, whether or not you intended it, the bulk of the gold forms a playable route, and it's kinda fun to speedrun that route. And so I'll go with a 2.

tileset
I dont want to get in trouble from using somone elses tileset. what should i do to prevent getting in trouble from this?

It is just the following thing
You can that exit switch after opening up only 1 door, so yes. Cut the switches.
The gold is not placed wonderfully but do not try to improve on that. Because in the beginning no one can. It will come automatically.
Try not to place needless objects just for fun. Because it will get your rating down. Not as enemies. But they already said that. O yeah;
My golden tip is. When you start for the first time. Use maps without much open space. It is easier. And, if you are bad at making tilesets. (in this case that are those balls). Use someone else his tileset. There are so many made today. I started with that to. Just type "Tileset" in search and you will find them.

Mmmhmm.
Hey, it's a good start. A lot of the items are pretty aimless, and you don't really need 'em. Play your map a lot before you submit it, and try to figure out which bits are needed and which parts are just unnecessary.

Gold looks ugly
You dont need all the switches, one floorguard does as well as 50 frabijillion in this map. Nothing can get you if you never touch the bottom. No Rating (NR).
