I would rate it 3.5, because it is a bit funky unless you get it perfect. But from a tileset point of view, I'd rate a 4/5. I wouldn't rate a 5/5 because, well, I just don't think that it's amazing. Sorry, but that's just my point of view. I've seen some really amazing tilesets in my day. And since it's a tileset, I'll rate a 4.

5/5. The fact that you decided to add some playability to this tileset adds a point, and the tileset is good too. I like the psuedo-3D effect it gives off.
