You would put

LINK [= http:] But without the spaces. Those were only there so that it wouldn't actually give a link.

Well actually,

I rate maps on their enjoyability, and the gameplay aspects of maps. And this is just for people who want to use the tileset, because tons of people wouldn't want to just take the map data from the map (I don't know why), and not just for the ratings. So with that said, I don't care about ratings; this is purely for your creations.

They're pretty good tiles...

but I think most people take tiles into account when rating a map, so you're really just milking the cow for more than it's worth. And by that I mean, don't do this.
