Make sure the "transparent update" thing has loaded. (To check, go to userlevels and see if the numbers in the box at the top are 136604.) If they are, the transparent updates have loaded, and the mods will work. If not, close NReality and reopen it.

After you've done that. Go into userlevels (if you aren't already in it), and replace the 136604 with the current map id (in this case, 144929) and click load numa map. Finally, click on the map title to play the map.
