Another, easier and more reliable way... (for me, anyways)

Is to copy a demo from one of the comments, click inside the box with the map data and hold Page Down until you get to the very end, and paste the demo data after the end. Then, add a # to the end of that entire code, copy it, and then go into userlevels on N, paste the code in the textbox on the left, and click 'watch replay'.
