Ignore both of them.

Dodge rockets if possible, otherwise block them. Dodging is better than blocking, but blocking is better than doing neither. Also, when you block the rockets, try to get the rockets to blow up very close to the ninja.
Even though I didn't see this in this DDA, don't let rockets bunch up, because that takes the point out of having multiple rockets.
