sorry about the late reply, To make a glitched door, all oyu have to do is change the 3rd number in the doors code to NaN. I'd suggest you try this with a locked door, and then add a ninja and play around with it. What you want to do is change this:

9^612,540,0,0,18,22,1,-1,0
to this:
9^612,540,NaN,0,18,22,1,-1,0
