i agree with destiny
this is great for a first map. so minimalistic, but it works out great. IMO the lasers worked just fine as well, a little reprieve from them as you pass over top is no biggie. If you need any help feel free to ask, welcome to NUMA!

Very good for a first. You have a much clearer grasp on what makes a map enjoyable than the vast majority of newbies. My advice is to try and think of more adventurous level layouts, and experiement a little with non-linearity. You have some serious potential for becoming a star here :P

Absolutely Freaktasticious.
This map is exactly what someone would never ever be able to see in a new author, but you have broken the statement. I am completely amazed at the level that you have brought your map to at first stage itself.
The laser, as suggested by ganteka, could be used effectively so somewhat an extent, but I really felt that the current layout was excellent enough. I think you've earned yourself the ratings. 5aved for future reference and userlevels.

I think that because this is his first map, everyone thinks it's amazing for a first and gives him 5. It's just that the first map always gets biased ratings.
Otherwise, it is a good map and a nice start for your mapping courier. Well done. 4.

Don't
see what's so good about it, honestly. The tileset conflicts with the gauss and the lasers, and it's too short to be a good map. There's nothing here really that deserves a 5.

But perhaps an NANd laser thats not blocked would do better
If you're not sure how to do this, place a laser drone. Then go to the code box and at the end of the laser drone code, put a NAN, so it will look something like 6^553,203,5,3NAN. I'm not sure about how the exact data will look, but something like that. The drone won't move if you do this.
