Opening the two switches on the left automatically lets you enter the shaft with the exit switch, so the right part of the map is left unused.
The tiles with the mines are good though, but not too many are used in the level. You should add more things to do.

How do you beat it?

There is no exit and it's pointless to go after the switches. Perhaps you should edit it to add gold and more challenge and an exit?
