I'd join the community properly and get stuck in with projects and events. Also, make sure you comment and rate other user's maps with well thought out feedback: this should inspire the same in return.

and honestly what would be your best advise as to how to get more than like three ratings because I really want to be good on here and not just sub stupid maps. In otherwords what am I doing wrong in my process?

Then there's no problem. Thank you.

Also, try to keep your subs to 1-2 at a time, it's the fairest way for the others who've submitted before you.

If you do sub more, you'll find your maps will be delisted. I'll relist this one for you, just bear it in mind in future.

If your brother is voting up your maps.

Then that is cheating the system.

There is a clear case of voting abuse happening here, however it's happening it needs to stop.

And yes, it's fine for your brother to have an account too.

have a single 5 vote on them. This is a clear indication of multiple accounts being used to vote up your own maps.

Just so you know, this is against the site rules and will result in your account being banned indefinitely should any evidence be found to support this.
