its not that people are dumb when they submit maps its just that it takes a while to be able to create maps of this quality. I think everyone will agree this isn't his first map, submitted or not.

They don't accept that sometimes, people are intelligent enough to actually browse NUMA and pick up on mapping techniques without submitting shit first.

this isn't your first numa map. The map has too much subtle style that takes a while to pick up. Small things like the use of the double door. That and the tileset is much too good for a first.

This is a great map incredible if it genuinely is your first submit for once there is very little you could improve on. I would say don't hide objects under other objects especially trap-doors under gold like you did at the end because it means players often have to play through the map all over again after not realising it was the the first time.
See for instance my demo here where I die so close to the exit because I didn't know it was there.
the only other part I didn't like was the bit where you have to get through one-ways in the bottom right and the single peices of gold lower down added nothing.
