on the collab, we need to move the floorguard on the bottom-right to the three-space flat area right above it. After that I dont know what to do.
you need to relax on the jump rather than going full out... i believe that is bringing action elements into a race.
what someone said... i think you have really good ideas, yet you make them sorta messily - making it too hard for peopele to finish the race and consequently not have a complete idea about the map.
you could become something great... and just adding on - those tiles were pretty nice ^^

this race is generally difficult to get the flow down correctly, as I have played multiple times because things seem to happen too fast.
the tiles were alright, nothing too great like most people say, imo. there could be a lot more done to them that can make this map better.
but overall, its decently ok, though the gold also seemed a little ugly. ill give you a 3. I think i've seen better from you.
@ATOB: hey why dont you come comment on some more race maps? give the rest of us ideas? =P

For me, what makes your races worth playing is the unexpected bits of flow like jumping under the thwump coming from the opposite direction, most people would just put it the other way round. LOVED the two diagonal launchpads, once i figured it out. the surprising bits might annoy some people, and in your longer races it can be tiresome to get a completion, but some bits worked really well here.
You have new ideas, but they often seem to come out a little bit messy. There was just one part where the flow was disappointing, and that was going from bottom right to top right. You need to try to refine your style without losing the originality, which is what i have tried to do since i started making races (have i succeeded?). I think a few new race mappers have started out very new and original for there first few races, and unfortunately i think they have lost some of their originality in the attempt to keep critics happy. I think it would be great to see more variation in the race genre, even if it is at the cost of aesthetic perfection or polished flow.
So yes, refine your map-making skills as people are telling you. the tiles here could use some work, and playtest every race until there is no piece of flow that annoys you even the tiniest bit. but please don't lose that spark which really makes me smile sometimes :)

This is /very/ below average in relation to the better race maps out there.
Confusing flow, jumbled aesthetics, nothing unique...

I hate races
and while the tiles are laid out just like all other races on NUMA, I have to admit that these are pretty cool :)
I think they're awesome. The gold is pretty cool. I'm not really a fan of races, but I enjoyed playing this (even if I couldn't get a completion). 4/5

this is cool...
good route, but in the end the flow isn't actually that great, same goes for the aestehtics. other than that good...

I'm just trying to be honest. I don't mind one tile jumps, it's just when you are going ridiculously fast, it's a bit annoying, but it can be tolerable.
I do enjoy your races, and I didn't say I didn't like the tiles, because I do like them.
And I agree with you about how action mappers rate races differently than race mappers, mostly because race mappers usually only play races, and the odd action.

I've always considered you the best race maker of current times. And its clear to me that Mattymc and I don't have the same opinions of a good race I think. =( because...
Tiles were wicked, and unique because they were all over the place.
Difficulty is somewhat easier than "difficult" because in my races, I only give one tile as well (Wheels on the bus is an example) =P Anyways I'm used to it more I guess...
Objects were cool, gold was awesome.

what I find about your races in general
is that they are difficult, and sometimes the flow can be difficult to find. Your races are difficult because at times you only give the players one tile to jump on at times, and at the speed that you are going at the time it is difficult. The tiles were good, but could be marginally improved. Also, I didn't really understand the unnecessary door switches, unless if they were to confuse the player into thinking that they had to unlock them.
