some advices:

playtest, playtest and playtest!

don't spam objects like gold, mines or enemies!

make sure that all gold is getable!

make a nice tileset. a good tileset makes it look more intresting and more people will play your map!

don't be afraid to ask! people in here are very slot to newkommers ;D

listen to those advices and you'll be on your way to make nice and good maps ;D
