You've done quite well, but listen to squibbles.

Try looking up N-art by espada777777 [nmaps.net] for shading, basic high-class art from Mrgy05 [nmaps.net], colour mixing in Dragon_moon's [nmaps.net] and Iban's [nmaps.net] n-art, the best-of-the-best n-art here [nmaps.net], and although this sounds cocky, I made an n-art with a lot of colour, mixing and shading here [nmaps.net].

So take time to see what can be achieved in N-art, take in some of these, and you'll become an awesome artist in no time!!

your line work is quite good

but you should try and use more appropriate colours. Ninjas for the outline make more sense, because they are black. A combination of objects could also be used to make composite colours for the collar. I'd suggest checking out other N-arts to see what these objects are, because yeah, using them will definitely improve the quality.
