This needs polish. You lack polish. Polish is the one thing the one thing that separates the good racemaker form the excellent (and creativity too). There are too many non working jumps here. When making races, you should not forward the flow until all the flow before is perfected. This way you create technically perfect flow. If you couple this with good tiles you can get long way.
