first, those are rotating if you werent aware. second, that angle is in the second quadrant (top left) and a 58 degree reference angle. im not sure what the issue is...

in order, they are direction (always set it to 0, to change direction, change speed to negative), speed (measured in degrees per frame, set to 0 in this case), start angle (it begins in the fourth quadrant, and goes clockwise), and radius (measured in pixels, i believe all of yours were 60)
