I often find a race heavily loaded with enemies frustrating because they keep misfiring. The ideal is probably to have just a couple of enemies provide one or two nice 'moments' within the race.

you have truly improved by miles!
very nice tileset, great flow and an all-round pretty good race ;)
i have some critiscm (spell-check?) though...
1: try using less launchpads... 1 or 2 is okay but 6 is just too many...
2: now that you got a good flow and some nice tiles, you have to improve the enemies... by that i mean the close-calls they are supposed to make :D
anyway 4.3/5 because you've improved so much since your last race. keep up the good job :)
