I feel this would be a lot better if you haven't playtested it in parts.

Mainly one the reasons why it heavily disjointed and messy. The only time that I can think of when it can applied is to test individual mechanics and such, but here, you're just doing it to see if those areas are possible. Hence, why I include an AGD demo to show that each part has been playtested fully and to show it is possible. While I can see the thought in this, its difficulty just does no good for me.
