Also improved my run.
I had hoped to beat you, but you seem to have the better run by a measly 7 frames.

I had set myself the goal...
... to finish N1.4 before getting into NReality, but I'm still stuck on Mother Thumping Impossible. :(

Now I already watched your run, lifdoff,
and I must say fuuuuuuuuuuuuu, I always hate that 'scratch' when perpendicular jumping as you did in your demo, that's a pity, it looks so ugly... :P Anyway, a nice one, is 477 frames longer, just a single second slower than mine.
About NReality, seriously dude, I don't know what are doing doing if you haven't downloaded nor tried it yet!
Do it, bitch! ;)

I usually play in NEditor.
But if I really like a level, then I add it to my userlevels. That means that I play it quite often, and N1.4 is then the source of my demo-ing. I have yet to give NReality a try.

@lifdoff:
Amount of frames on a run are the initial digits of the demo data just right before the colon ':', in this case your demo seems to be 477 frames long (apparently because I'm at phone and I did not check your run), so always you get a run/demo can be measured under several different measurements, usually in frames (first digits of the demo before the double dots ':') for Speedruns, or total time (sum of time spent over the run plus the time collected or golds, each piece of gold give you 2 seconds, something that looks like something like 127.150) used for Highscores. Usually Highscore can also be measured in Frames if them are a right All Gold Run/Demo.
Perhaps you already know that, but a second is 40 frames longer, so per example in this demo you took to complete the level 477 frames, therefore that means that are 11.92 seconds. :P
By the way, are you playing under NReality, Nv1.4 or under Neditor?

Weeeeeeee! This is fun.
Speedrun. Not sure how to check how many frames it is, but I'm happy with it.

*spoiler alert: hint*
There's a much quicker Speedrun at NReality SR Leaderboard showing off a secret within the map.

bit faster Speedrun
Using the same route, pretty clean now.

Speedrun
Here's the intended Speedrun route, actually the original and intended map, it just grew after.

Personally, I ended up liking more the race-ish aspects and flow on the right part too than the jumper-esque on the left, although it was made from the start on the center to the left to then to the right, and the original idea was more likely the left side, but you're right, the flow and mechanics in right side is best. Thanks!

right side gold demo
didn't like the left side as much

Fair enough.
Since you're not using NReality I will show to you a much quicker run here featuring a secret within the map, is 355 frames longer, and it was posted days ago at NReality SR Leaderboard Server. It is just a bit more challenging to pull it off right and was told in one of the comments that the run was there, be careful, this is a spoiler for anyone who likes to discover things for himself.
(hint faster secret run here:)
