Description	I used Nv2.0 to mirror the tiles but when I saved it into a .txt file, it got changed to a garbled mess of Chinese characters. Luckily @Xsczo#3042 on Discord came to the rescue and fixed it. His explanation is in the comments.

"And bascially, every character got changed from being one byte per to two bytes per. The lower byte of each character remained in tact from the original data while the upper byte changed them into something completely different... so I used a rather crappy bit of code in mIRC to remove that upper byte from each character
