| Description | Our ampersand maps were neat. I remember that a lot of the maps that were cut were done so for purely aesthetic choices, like this one. This was actually a fun little map, but the blocky, boring structure really didn't stack up against some of the other maps. We also made a point to make our columns with episodes in-mind, and any maps that didn't fit in a certain spot were reconsidered, and sent to the bin that we called '&'. For the longest time, we didn't have any use or purpose for these maps, but while we were mapping for Expanse and Zenith, we would periodically visit the & file and pick out maps that might work in different spots in certain columns.
This was how a lot of maps made it into Expanse and Zenith, but when all was said and done, we still had a pack with over 400 maps sitting in it. So, we decided to hide the pack as a little extra treat for anyone playing through the Anthology pack, complete with hidden instructions on how to activate these maps to play. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like very many people found the hidden pack, so here they are to enjoy! |
