It is not bad for a first map. Here some tips to improve it:
1. Most of the launchpads are unnecessary. Try to give the player a reason to use them (not only gold).
2. You don't have to use so much gold. Gold should be a nice decoration or a challenge for the player (which means it is difficult to get).
3. Add some enemies. The map is still too easy.
4. Your map is NaNed. This happens if, when loading the map in debug mode, you leave the cursor in the "Map data" box when pressing "L" to load the level. To prevent NaNs which cause objects to be placed wrong (here the door at the top), click somewhere outside the boxes before pressing "L".
