Oh,

and another thing nevermore, can you even do it with frame by frame? I just tried and found it impossible to know when to press the arrow and shift keys.

I didn't. It's actually easier to do than a triple jump off of those 45 degree angles things. Once I got the timing down, I could get at least four of the gold almost every time. Practice, practice, Mr. Doubty Doubterton.
