dude, on this forum people rarely play maps made by mapmakers that haven't got themselves some sort of reputation, in order to join that community you may:
1) join the NUMA forum and have the old members know you
2) play, rate and comment maps made by others, some of them will look at your maps
3) make maps that look good on the thumbnail that may lure the attention of players
