i know another way

if you put down an 'e' tile for an example, you search the data finding a 1 in the tiles. change the 1 to a #(there are other ones i don't know) and load.
i did this:
4 'e' tiles. laser drone on top. ninja below. and the laser went through the tiles

fun

cool. don't get the concept, but don't care either.

Woah.

My demo is TEH ULTIMATE SKITZORZ!!!

This is interesting.

nice concept..

first try

That's pretty cool. I like it. 4/5

Oops!

I missed that one.
See demo, easily infinite. I think it's more fun with just two empty squares to traverse vertically, but maybe that's just me... This is really creative though, has great potential to be copied/improved in the future... although one-ways would work exactly the same (and with fewer objects)... 4/5

Cool!

Reminds me of a map that Evil Bob made - I'll show you.
But this survival needs to be harder :)

I got bored

Demo Data

It's cool but...

It's really easy. 4/5

They can get into the first row because of the door thing, but since the drone detects that it is in a tile, it can continue to move through tiles.

4.5aveisized for *NEW* concept.

o_0

it...just...both rows of tiles...even though...I see how it did...not I don't get...I guess... HUH!?!

It behaves like the top row of tiles on the border, only you can't put drones outside the level area.
A barrier would stop the drones rather than let them through.

Also, why hasn't anyone rated this map after all this?

Well...

Was I close?

Actually

It's more like an opening into the tiles.

So..

It's like a barrier?

Ok, I'll tell you.

Each trapdoor is facing in direction -1 (which does the same thing as NaN). The game cannot figure out which way it is facing and therefore creates errors. In the case of a door, it splits the two sides of the door apart and creates a three part door: one part stops you from going down (when it is closed), one part appears to be the door, and the third part stops you from going up, but it does so only if you are standing in a different place than the place with the first part of the door. However, if the door is open (as is the default for a trapdoor), both will let you through. Play around with 9^516,564,-1,0,14,22,1,0,0 to get a feeling for what I'm talking about.
When it is open, it appears to do nothing. However, if it were on the ground, the open section would let N go in. Try playing with 9^492,564,NaN,0,17,23,1,0,0 to see this.
The trapdoors in the level start in the open position, so if N were on top, they would let him in. In this case, it lets the drones through, because they are in a position to go in. Similarly, the laser doesn't detect any surfaces in the way, so it simply goes through.
On the other hand, a rocket turret would fire, but because a rocket cannot survive inside a block, it would explode on impact.

I hope that makes sense.

This...

is new...

Probably 1 of 2 things:
1. The trapdoors probably create a barrier that could allow the robots to pass. Also, it could be bugged tiles.
2. My tamale has expired and I am seeing it's effects.

How do you do that?

havent seen it before

Ok

I removed the "edit mode" bit.
