Uhmmmm, I don't know man,
It's better than the previous really messy maps, but still have some really flaws points, a mix of dda, door eerie and action??? This one needs work.

And about the rate, I would give a 3, but thinking of my maps that I honestly think they are certainly better than this and you rated them with 3, then this deserve a 2.
