extract it and run it, you'll see a screen that lists servers you can go on. click "Add" and it'll say "New Server"; just rename that to mountainet for the time being. next, make sure you have it selected and then click "Edit"; you'll see that there's a list of the servers it can connect to. edit newserver/6667 to go to irc.mountai.net and close out of it. that should work
the main channels are #n, #n-mapping, #n-highscores, and #pony
