A bit of advice about TMMs. Don't spend a ridiculous amount of time on the tileset. Make a simple tileset, so that you can spend the majority of the time on the gameplay and look of the map. In this case, the gameplay suffered miserably due to too much time put into the tileset.
I'd say 3 minutes for a tileset, 6 minutes for the gameplay, and 1 minute to work out the kinks/playtest once.
This is nice though, but really nothing too special, and I think the gameplay really did suffer due to the work you put into the tileset, when most of it was not even used.
