I think there are plenty of type of Bitesizing people.
Some are obsessed with extra-mega hard challenging maps.
Some just try to aim the funnest gameplay.
Some seek the real newest conceptual maps.
You can't agree with everyone...

But stop whining. Others' opinions about a map might be different from yours. They might think it's bitesize worthy while at the same time, you might not. Just leave it be and keep making good maps. I like your maps.
