To make the foreground you need to use a paint program that allows you to leave portions of it transparent. You can't do this is mspaint (easily at least). If you're using photoshop or gimp you should be fine though.

The tiles are good.

The map itself feels poor, especially the object placement. Mine placement is horrendous. Try using c-snap. All I know is that if you fixed this map up to make it flow and not look so bad, it could have been a good map. This map had a lot of potential.

Once I started playing, the map felt like it was trying to make me not play. It had no flare, no catch, nothing to pull me in to try and beat it.
