Yes, it kind of would.

Rates are not of any importance to me. Some random stranger could rate you a one, and I wouldn't care. It's comments that are more important to me than anything else. Especially good ones. There is one other account on my computer, that of my brothers, but he wouldn't let me anywhere near his, too paranoid for his own good.
