Description	Actually, TWO messages. Someone relist this please, it's my 150th map and the start of my mappack. [nmaps.net] Not only that, but i thought we were allowed to post up to 5 maps at once? And uh, i can't rate maps nor favourite them. I haven't been able to do that for years now, can someone fix this?

gloomp and I abolished the "two maps on the hot page at once" rule months ago, if not over a year ago. You're allowed to submit 5 maps per 24 hours, but you shouldn't post all 5 within a really short span (we don't want others' maps pushed halfway down the page suddenly). What constitutes a "really short span" should be common sense.
