Added 2 ninjas to make a multiple of 3.
@Destroyed: Thank you, but I did not edit the tileset at all. Also, there are three trapdoors. Mabey you missed the one next to the ninja starting place. Go to the edit mode if you have trouble finding it.

Only 2 trapdoors!

I really like the tiles, espescially how it went from positive to negative space. 4/5
